Norcross Crossings offers a variety of spacious one, two, and three-bedroom floor plans designed to fit your lifestyle. Our apartment homes range in size from approximately 560 square feet to over 1,265 square feet. Each residence features modern finishes and open layouts to provide a comfortable living experience.
To lease an apartment home, your gross monthly income must be 2.7x the monthly rent. For example: the apartment home you’d like to lease is $1000.00 per month. To satisfy the income portion of the application, your proof of income must show a monthly gross income of $2700.00.
When you are ready to apply, please have the following documents for a smoother application process: U.S. Government issued Photo ID (drivers license or passport) and proof of employment such as paycheck stubs or an official offer letter. A rental, criminal, and background check will be processed through a 3rd-party agency.

Security deposits at Norcross Crossings range from $200.00 to one month’s rent, based on qualification.
Yes, Norcross Crossings is pet-friendly! Pet fees are a one-time fee of $400.00 for one pet, $500.00 for two pets, with a per-month, per-pet rent fee. Two pets are allowed.
Yes! You can pay your rent through the RentCafe Resident portal or on the RentCafe Resident mobile app.
Yes, renter’s insurance is required at Norcross Crossings.
